When soaked mung bean seeds are placed in a concentrated solution, water moves out of the cells due to osmosis. The surrounding solution has higher solute concentration, causing water loss from seeds. This leads to shrinking of cells and reduction in size. The seeds become flaccid and lose their swollen condition due to water loss.

The answer I am writing I know will be big but it language is to easy so listen my answer-
If the seeds are kept in the water for 12 hours they will swell now why they will swell because there will be a endosmosis and after kept in them in concentrated solution they will shrink now why they will shrink because there will be a exosmosis
