Gulbadan Begum, a Mughal princess and the daughter of Emperor Babur, wrote the historical memoir “Humayun Nama” (also known as “Humayun’s Biography” or “Humayun’s Memoirs”). “Humayun Nama” is an account of the life and reign of her brother, Emperor Humayun. It provides valuable insights into the political and cultural aspects of the Mughal Empire during the 16th century. Gulbadan Begum completed the work in 1582.
