The full form of NiOS is National Institute of Open Schooling. It provides more opportunities as compared to other board. NIOS takes Exams twice a year. Block I is conducted in the month of April and the second attempt is in October. Moreover, students can give exams through ON DEMAND EXAMINATION, selecting the exam dates by own.

NIOS is little bit easier than CBSE board. It conducts exams twice a year. Once in April and later on in October. If a student is passes in April, he can give improvement in October. NIOS also conduct ON DEMAND exams, which allow students to give exams according to him, selecting the date of exam by own.

That is why NIOS is quit easier as compared to CBSE.
