      (i) It does not evaporate.
      (ii) Spreads out to recharge wells.
      (iii) Provides moisture for vegetation over a large area.
      (iv) Does not provide breeding ground for mosquitoes.
      (v) Remain protected from contamination from human excreta, etc.
