How do animals’ body temperatures compare to humans?

Animals’ body temperatures can vary greatly compared to humans. Humans are warm-blooded, meaning they can maintain a constant body temperature of around 37°C regardless of the surrounding environment. On the other hand, cold-blooded animals, like reptiles and fish, rely on external temperatures to regulate their body heat, so their body temperature changes with the environment. Some animals, like birds and mammals, also have the ability to regulate their temperature internally, similar to humans.
