Fossil fuels, which have been traditionally used by human beings as an energy sources, are non-renewable sources of energy. These sources of energy are limited and cannot replenish on their own. They are being consumed at a large rate. If this rate of consumption continues, then the fossil fuels would be exhausted from the Earth. Therefore, we should look for alternate sources of energy.

We are looking at alternate sources of energy because the fossil fuels and nuclear fuels on the earth are limited which may not last for long and the undesirable effects of pollution, both from the burning of fossil fuels and from the radioactive nuclear wastes of nuclear power plants are creating threat to our environment.
Fossil fuels which are traditionally used by human beings everywhere as an energy sources are non-renewable sources of energy. These sources of energy are limited and will disappear after some time. They are being consumed at a large rate. Therefore, we should conserve the energy sources. Hence, we should look for alternate sources of energy.
The fossil fuels are non-renewable
sources of energy, so we need to conserve
them. If we were to continue consuming these
sources at such alarming rates, we would
soon run out of energy.
Because of growing population, the energy demand is rising. Fossil fuels are going to be exhausted in the near future and burning them is causing air pollution. Hence, we need to find an alternate source of energy which renewable and environment friendly.
