  1. There are two types of Alluvial soil :

    namely : Bhangar and Khadar
         Bhangar :
    It is the old alluvial soil . it have more concerntration of Kankar ( small particles of rock and pebbles) . its is also less fertile soil due to its old age.

    Khadar :

    It is the new alluvial soil . it have less concerntration of Kankar . its is comparatively more fertile soil and contains potash , phosphorus and lime . due to less concerntration of  Kankar it is capable to retain water for more time that bhangar .

  2. It is classify according to their age Old alluvial is known as Bangar and New alluvial is known as Khadar. The bangar soil has high concentration of kanker nodule than khaddar.
