Class 4 english santoor chapter 2 “The Tinkling Bells” is a heartwarming story about a young boy named Chinna who lives in a village and adores his pet goat, Tara. One day, he sees a pair of beautiful bells at Chacha’s shop and wants to buy them, but realizes he has lost the money his grandfather gave him. Feeling sad, he goes home, and his mother Kamala comforts him. Later, while shopping, a fruit seller gives Chinna extra change by mistake. Though tempted, Chinna returns the money, remembering how he felt when he lost his own. Impressed by his honesty, his mother takes him back to the shop to buy the bells. The story beautifully teaches the value of honesty, kindness, and doing the right thing.
