(i) -2/3×3/5+5/2-3/5×1/6 = -2/3×3/5-3/5×1/6+5/2

= 3/5 (-2/3-1/6) + 5/2

= 3/5 (-4-4)/6) + 5/2 = 3/5x-5/6+5/2

= -1/2+5/2 = -1+5/2 = 4/2 = 2

(ii) 2/5x(3/-7)-1/6×3/2+1/14×2/5

= 2/5x(-3/7)+1/14×2/5-1/6×3/2

= 2/5x  (-3/7+1/14)-1/4

= 2/5x(-6+1/14)-1/4=2/5x-5/14-1/4

= -1/7-1/4 = -4-7/28 = -11/8
