Simplify and solve the following linear equation: 0.25(4f-3) =0.05(10f-9)

0.25(4f-3) =0.05(10f-9)
⟹ 1.00f-0.75=0.50f-0.45 ⟹ 1.00f-0.50f =-0.45+0.75
⟹ 0.50f =0.3 ⟹ f = 0.3/0.50 ⟹ f=0.6
To check:
0.25(4f-3)=0.05(10f-9) ⟹ 0.25(4X0.6-3)=0.05(10×0.6-9)
⟹ 0.25(2.4-3)=0.05(6.0-9) ⟹ 0.25x(-0.6) =0.05X(-3)
⟹ -0.150=-0.150 ⟹ L.H.S. = R. H. S.
Therefore, it is correct.
