  1. For Bhel Puri, I used 2 cups of puffed rice, ½ cup of finely chopped onions, ½ cup of chopped tomatoes and ¼ cup of chopped coriander. I added ¼ cup of sev for crunch, Chaat Masala and salt to taste. For extra flavor, 2 tablespoons of mint chutney were used (optional). A squeeze of lemon juice was added to enhance the tanginess. This combination resulted in a crunchy, spicy and flavorful snack.
