  1. Given that : AB||DE, therefore
    ∠CED = ∠BAC [∵ Alternate Angles]
    ⇒ ∠CED = 35°
    In △CDE, ∠CED + ∠CDE + ∠DCE = 180°
    ⇒ 35° + 53° + ∠DCE = 180°
    ⇒ 88° = ∠DCE = 180°
    ⇒ ∠DCE = 180° – 88° = 92°
