    1. Here gₔ = 1% of g = g/100
      But gₔ = g(1 – d/R)
      g/100 = g(1 – d/R)
      or d/R = 1 – 1/100 = 99/100
      d = 99/100 x R = 99/100 x is 6400 = 6336 km
