  1. (a) Freedom of speech and expression means that a person can express his views in any way i.e., through a pamphlet, magazine or newspaper, paintings, poetry or songs.
    (b) Freedom of speech and expression is not absolute. Following restrictions have been imposed on it:
    (i) Not to instigate violence against others.
    (ii) Not to rebel against government.
    (iii) Not to defame others by saying false and mean things.
