Did the Harappans have weapons for war?

The Harappans did have weapons, but there is no clear evidence to suggest that they were used for war or large-scale conflict. Most of the weapons found in Harappan sites, such as copper and bronze tools, axes, and spears, were likely used for daily tasks like farming, hunting, and trade. The Harappan cities, known for their well-planned layouts and peaceful existence, do not show signs of fortifications or large-scale military structures. This has led historians to believe that warfare may not have been a significant part of Harappan society.
