    1. (i) The longitudinal extent of India is from 68° 7′ E to 97° 25′ E. Thus,there is difference of around 30°.
      (ii) The sun takes 4 minutes to cross one degree longitude.
      (iii) Therefore, 4x 30= 120 minutes i.e. 2 hours.
