  1. The queen believed that only Tenali Rama could help because he was known for his clever thinking and sensitivity. She knew the king respected him and would listen to him. Rama’s humour and wisdom made him capable of solving even tricky matters without offending anyone. His clever approach could help the king realise the truth gently, without making the situation worse or embarrassing the king.
