  1. A concave mirror is capable of forming a real image. When an object is placed beyond the focal point of a concave mirror, a real inverted image is formed between the focal point and the mirror’s focal length. This real image can be projected onto a screen and is formed by the actual convergence of reflected light rays. In contrast, convex mirrors only produce virtual images, which cannot be projected onto a screen as they appear to diverge from behind the mirror.
