  1. When the minute hand moves 20 minutes, it has covered one-third of the entire clock face. Since a full turn is 60 minutes, 20 ÷ 60 = 1/3 of a turn. This fraction shows the hand has moved more than a quarter turn (15 minutes) but less than a half turn (30 minutes). So, the movement is exactly one-third of a full turn.
