    The given circle is x² + y² + 6x + 2y = 0 ⇒ x² + 6x + 9 + y² + 2y + 1 = 9 + 1
    ⇒ (x + 3)² + (y + 1)² = 10 ⇒ {x – ( -3)}²  = 10
    Thus, the centre of the circle is (-3, -1).
