    Let x cm be the breadth of the rectangle. 
    Length of the rectangle = 3x cm
    and perimeter of the rectangle = 2 ( length + breadth) = 2(3x + x) = 8x cm
    Given, minimum perimeter = 160 cm
    8x ≥ 160 ⇒ x ≥ 20
    Hence, breadth ≥ 20 cm.
