    1. As a Sarpanch or Corporator, I would build better drainage systems, plant trees to reduce runoff and clear blocked waterways. I’d ensure shelters and rescue plans for floods. I’d prepare emergency kits, create alert systems and protect elderly, children and animals. Awareness sessions in schools and homes would teach flood safety. Together, we’d reduce damage and ensure safety for all during floods.
