Let Meera’s salary be ₹ x.
Now, 10% of salary = ₹ 400
⇒ 10% of x = ₹ 400
⇒ 10/100 X x = 400
⇒ x = 400×100/10
⇒ x = 4,000
Hence, Meera’s salary is ₹ 4,000.
