In the given image, solar energy is being utilized for cooking. This is achieved through a solar cooker, which reflects and concentrates sunlight onto a pot or cooking vessel. The sunlight, when focused, generates sufficient heat for cooking food. Solar cookers are an eco-friendly way to prepare meals without relying on conventional fuels like gas or electricity, making them a sustainable choice for energy conservation, particularly in regions with abundant sunlight.

One benefit of using solar energy for cooking is that it is a clean, renewable source of energy, reducing pollution and conserving conventional fuels like gas or electricity. Solar cooking is cost-effective over time, especially in sunny regions. A drawback, however, is its reliance on sunlight. Solar cookers can only be used effectively during sunny days, making them impractical in areas with frequent overcast conditions or during nighttime when sunlight is unavailable, limiting their usefulness.
