      (i) Given, AB || DE and BC is a transversal line and ∠ABC = 70°
      ∵ ∠ABC = ∠DGC [Corresponding angles]
      ∴ ∠DGC = 70° ……….(i)

      (ii) Given, BC || EF and DE is a transversal line and ∠DGC = 70°
      ∵ ∠DGC = ∠DEF [Corresponding angles]
      ∴ ∠DEF = 70° [From equation (i)]
