  1. To solve a disagreement, I would calmly listen to each person’s point of view without interrupting. Understanding both sides helps in finding the real issue. I’d then speak gently, maybe even add a touch of humour to ease the tension. My goal would be to help both parties understand each other better and guide them towards a fair and peaceful solution that suits everyone.
