If you could use any source of energy for heating your food, which one would you use and why?

I will use LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) for heating my food; because it is easily available in my kitchen, gives no smoke on burning and takes less time to do the job.
Natural gas can be used for heating and cooking food because it is a clean source
of energy. It does not produce huge amount of smoke on burning. Although it is highly
inflammable, it is easy to use, transport, and it produces a huge amount of heat on
burning.
Cooking gas like LPG or CNG would be preferred. They have characteristics of a good fuel. The ignition temperature, calorific value are apt and has non-pollution characteristics.
