  1. I regularly eat balanced meals, sleep well, maintain hygiene and drink clean water. I also spend time with my family and avoid junk food most of the time. However, I still spend more time on screens than I should. I also don’t exercise or meditate daily. I want to include more outdoor play and yoga in my routine to improve both my physical and mental well-being.
