I disagree. Good governance requires collaborative effort between the state, private businesses and everyday citizens. While the state enforces laws, citizens must obey regulations, report corruption, pay taxes and actively safeguard public infrastructure and community welfare.

  1. I completely disagree with the statement. While the government establishes institutional frameworks, enforces the rule of law and manages public funds, good governance cannot function in a civic vacuum. Businesses must adhere to ethical corporate standards and fair labor laws. Simultaneously, citizens must pay taxes, preserve public property, respect traffic rules and exercise democratic vigilance through social audits. Without active citizen partnership, state administrative machinery fails.
