      Diameter = 10 cm
      ∴ Radius = 10/2 = 5 cm
      According to question,
      Perimeter of figure = Circumference of semi-circle + diameter
      = πr + D
      = 22/7×5+10 = 110/7+10
      = 110+70/7 = 180/7 = 25.71 cm
      Thus, the perimeter of the given figure is 25.71 cm.
