    Step 1: Convert to Decimal Form
    3/5 = 0.6
    4/5 = 0.8
    Now, we check which given options lie in the range (0.6, 0.8).
    Step 2: Convert the Options to Decimal Form 
    (a). 7/5 = 1.4 (Not between 0.6 and 0.8)
    (b). 7/10 = 0.7 (Between 0.6 and 0.8)
    (c). 3/10 = 0.3 (Less than 0.6)
    (d). 4/10 = 0.4 ( Less than 0.6)
    Conclusion: The only rational number between 3/5 and 4/5 is 7/10 (option b).
