      We are given the repeating decimal 0.6666… and need to express it in the form p/q.
      Step 1: Let x = 0.6666…
      Step 2: Multiply by 10 to shift the decimal point 
      10x = 6.666…
      Step 3: Subtract the two equations 
      10x – x = 6.6666… – 0.6666..
      9x = 6
      Step 4: Solve for x 
      x = 6/9
      Step 5: Simplify the fraction 6/9 = 2/3
      Conclusion: The correct answer is 2/3 (option b).
