      1. Initialize an empty list named unique-to-List2.
      2. For each element y in List 2:

      Scan List 1 to see whether y exists in List 1.

      If y does not appear in List 1, append y to unique-to-List2.

      (Because the lists are in increasing order, stop searching once values in List 1 exceed y.)

      1. Report unique-to-List2.
