Why do we add salt to water and evaporate it?

We add salt to water and then evaporate it to obtain salt crystals from the solution. When the water evaporates, it turns into vapor, leaving the salt behind. This process is a simple way to separate salt from water, which is commonly done in salt production, especially from seawater. Evaporation helps us collect the salt in its solid form once the water has completely disappeared.
