The employment should be regular and the employer should follow various laws such as Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act etc. The production must be for the welfare of the people who should not be exploited by raising prices or creating scarcity of goods in the market. Thus, such issues must be examined while discussing the role of different sectors in the economy of the country.
