After a decision is reached, elected representatives must faithfully implement the agreed choice, respect majority outcomes, maintain complete transparency, work cooperatively with all members and remain accountable to the community they officially represent.

(i) Representatives must set aside individual disagreements and dedicate themselves to executing the approved plan efficiently and responsibly. (ii) They must manage assigned tasks transparently, communicate progress regularly to their constituents and allocate resources honestly. (iii) Representatives must protect minority perspectives during execution, address emerging practical challenges cooperatively and remain fully accountable for the success and quality of the collective project.
